2025/2026 DMHA Registration Information

 **Please read through all information carefully prior to clicking the Registration link**

 

Early Bird Pricing is available until June 30, 2025.  Regular pricing will be effective for any registrations received after June 30, 2025.

 

Payment Options: Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit. A 50% deposit fee is required to hold a spot on the team. Final registration fees are due Oct 1st. If fees have not been submitted, players will not be permitted on the ice.

**If paying by debit or credit, please contact the DMHA Treasurer.

 

Registration Fees include:

-Insurance & Registration with AAHA

-Ice Rentals (practice and home game ice)

-1 pair of DMHA hockey socks

 

**Please note: DMHA fees do not include AG Society memberships, kitchen fees or volunteer requirements.  Please see the Ag Society Memberships & Volunteer Requirements page for full details**

 

DMHA Volunteer Requirements:

  • Parents are required to equally participate in selling 50/50's, working time box & scorekeeping at team home games.  
  • One parent per team is to attend a monthly meeting. Board members who already have an obligation to go to the monthly meetings will not be considered as the parent from the team. Parents are to rotate. 
  • In the event that you are not able to fulfill you assigned commitment it is your responsibility as the parent to trade or find your own coverage for your commitment. All team commitments are to be split equally amongst parents. 
  • Cash Calendar Fundraiser - Each player is required to sell or buy one book.
  • DMHA AGM Meeting is mandatory & will a $400 post-dated cheque (March 2026) per family will be required. One parent/guardian from each family to attend the Annual General Meeting. Your $400 AGM cheque will be cashed if a parent is not present.

 

DMHA Tournament Commitments:

  • U7 - A $40 cash donation or a donation worth $40 per player is required to be provided for the tournament raffle table. 
  • U9-15 - $50 cash donation or a donation worth $40 per player is required to be provided for the tournament raffle table. 
  • U18 - Do not host a tournament. Their mandatory commitment to DMHA includes, putting in the ice, cleaning bee's, organizing the Cash Calendar, taking out the glass. 

 

Respect In Sport Requirements:

Players must be linked to a Respect in Sport profile prior to being able to register with Hockey Canada. 

This can be done by creating a profile on the Respect In Sport web page and completing the online course.

If you have completed the Respect and Sport course and it is still active, but you have a new player to hockey, you must add the new player to your Respect In Sport profile.

Medical Forms: Must be completed and given to the team manager and or coach. You can print a copy and bring it at the beginning of the season. Medical Form
